Team Leader - Communication, Competition, Fundraising or Membership

• Schedule monthly team meetings

• Work with Governance Board liaison to guide team members in setting of season goals and priorities

• Oversee subcommittees

• Communicate with subcommittee leaders

1.  Meet Director (2 to 4 needed)

• Attend Middle Atlantic training session and shadow other meet directors

• Go-to person for non-team coaches and individuals before and during the meet

• Participate in meet bid process,  development of meet format and preparation of meet announcement

• Send meet results to DST and Middle Atlantic websites

• Prepare meet report for Middle Atlantic

2. Coordinators

• Volunteers - assemble all meet workers

• Officials - assemble all officials

• Awards - inventory awards and set-up

• Travel - arrange hotel blocks for away meets (and meals??)
