1. Ran 7 team-sponsored meets (A/BB/C, Mini and Regionals) netting
approximately $1,000 per meet
Supplied snack bar
Supplied awards (trophies, medals and ribbons)
Supplied and coordinated all volunteer workers and officials
2. Paid all relay fees for the season, previously billed to the participating swimmers.
3. Funded performance-based scholarships
4. Driving force behind improved on-line entry system including on-line payment.
5. Improved communication
Started team newsletter, DAWGTALES, and supplied prize for coming up with the name.
